Please note that research is currently ongoing on the life and service of Seymour G. Russell, PFC, US Army who was Killed In Action 25 September 1944 while serving with the 361st Infantry Regiment, part of the 91st Infantry Division during the Italian Campaign.
As best as can be determined at this time PFC Russell was KIA in the vicinity of Mount Beni, Italiy following the 361st Infantry's capture of M. Beni on 24 September 1944.
